Users may request that past AI interactions be removed from training datasets. UbiGrowth will anonymize previous AI training data but may retain statistical insights.

Submit a data rights request by emailing privacy@ubigrowth.com with the subject ‘Data Access Request’ or ‘Data Deletion Request.’ Identity verification may be required.

7. Data Security & Retention

We implement encryption, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and access control policies to protect your data.
User data will be retained for a period of 12 months after account closure, unless required by law to be retained longer. AI interaction data used for model improvements will be anonymized within 6 months of user opt-out.
Sensitive personal data (such as payment information) is stored using AES-256 encryption and tokenized where applicable. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only using role-based authentication controls.

8. Third-Party Services & Data Transfers

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms, which have independent privacy policies.
Cross-border data transfers comply with GDPR, ensuring adequate protection for users outside the U.S.
Third-party vendors processing user data on our behalf are contractually required to adhere to security best practices, including GDPR-compliant safeguards, encryption, and access restrictions.

We use cookies and tracking technologies for site functionality and analytics.
Users can opt out of non-essential tracking and customize their preferences.

In the event of a data breach, affected users will be notified within 72 hours of discovery.
